Heroes - Season 3 - The Second Coming & The Butterfly Effect
“Volume 3: Villains”

Volume 3 of this series focuses on the Villains. The 2-hour season premiere was a blast and I was really satisfied and wanted to watch more of the up coming episodes.
First part is the Second Coming…the first scene is set in Manhattan, New York and 4 years into the future. Peter was about to be killed by a brunette Claire when he froze time to stop her then went back into the present to stop Nathan in exposing the secret about their abilities. Meanwhile, present Claire was watching the news of the shooting on the television in her California home. She called Peter if she could help Nathan by healing him but Peter said that she should stay home. This incident changed everything as Sylar was able to come into her California home and was able to take her power of healing. Apparently, she can’t die and now..so does Sylar. Nathan was already pronounced dead but he miraculously woke up. Meanwhile in Japan, Hiro is bored and playing with the clock as he’s trying to bend time back and forth. He’s now the head of the Yamagato Industries and destiny calls him again as he received a DVD message from his dad asking him to guard the piece of the formula. However, a girl as fast as him took the formula right off his hand. Hiro went t the future to see what will happen if he’s not going after the girl but War is the answer to that. Take note that in the future Ando will have powers as well and he’ll kill Hiro because of the formula. Anyway, that’s what Hiro saw in the future. Jessica/Niki transformed into “Tracy”. She’s really classy looking and works for the Governor of New York. As the Governor of New York wants Nathan Petrelli to be his political ally, Tracy will be closely working with him. As for Mohinder Suresh and Maya, well, they’re getting closer and closer especially now that Mohinder found a scientific breakthrough wherein he can give powers to others through Maya’s blood. At the end of the episode, Mohinder injects himself with Maya’s blood and foudn himself more stronger.
Second part is The Butterfly Effect…this is where Peter learns the consequences of him coming back to the past as he changed the future as what Hiro did before. Mama Petrelli had a vision wherein Hiro, Parkman, Peter and Claire all dead. Niki, Mr. Parkman and Sylar was about to kill her when she woke up at the back of her limo. Maya went into Mohinder’s lab and found him hanging in the ceiling and with all his hotness, he grabbed her and they made out. Parkman was teleported by the future Peter to destination…AFRICA and he met a man who can see his future. As for Hiro and Ando, well, they kinda went into the speedster named Daphne in order to reclaim the formula. They also found out that the Haitian guy will retrieve the second formulaand that Daphne is also after it. Tracy Strauss is finding everything she could about Niki Sanders. She went to see her funeral and met Micah, Niki’s son. As for Claire, she has the guidance of her biological mother who has a fire power. She wanted to be trained how to fight the Villains but she took off to find his father. As for Sylar, Mama Petrelli let him be Noah’s partner (Claire’s dad) in order to seek and lock again in Level 5, the Villains. Noah and Sylar went into the bank robbery where the villains made news as they robbed the bank. The present Peter was stuck at one of the bodies of the villain Jesse but the future Peter released him and took him to show him something…
It’s a very long story and lots of twists and turns. I’m just so glad that this season, this series started off in fire. Season 2 was a big disappointment though we know that the producers wanted to introduce more of the characters but the new one has a lot of actions and effects in between. Mohinder is such a cliche being engulfed in all these powers that it was kind of too late to realize the consequences in his physical attributes. I’m just so annoyed by Claire acting all that tough but she’s still pretty nice to look at. I’m not really sure if I buy the mother revelation thing that Mama Petrelli told Sylar, though he looks like the Petrelli bros but..i still have doubts..or she could’ve meant it, who knows..maybe we’ll find out in the next episodes to come.
House - Season 5 - Dying Changes Everything
“Almost dying changes nothing, dying changes everything.”
![]()
So many fave shows and this is just one of them. House is just so brilliant, cruel, sometimes arrogant but very witty. Season 5 picked up where the Season 4 finaleĀ - Wilson’s Heart left off…
Wilson is still mourning the death of his girlfriend, Amber and part of his mourning is leaving the Princeton-Plainsboro. House has apologized a hundred times to Wilson for his involvement to Amber’s death and WIlson is re-evaluating his friendship to House, as he is thinking that they were really never friends.
When a patient was brought to the team for diagnosis, House left the case to Foreman and his team and let Wilson get involve in it. The patient is Lou, a 37 year old female and an assistant to a high profile feminist activist. She travels with her boss and is initially believed to have a psychiatric problem. She was hallucinating that ants are crawling all over her body. Her symptoms are hallucinations, bleeding anally, bradycardia (an abnormally slow heart rate), pregnancy (fetus descended into her intestines) and neurological problems. There were numerous diagnoses suggested but the final diagnosis was realized by House when Cuddy was lecturing him about Wilson and it is ‘Diffuse lepromatous leprosy’. 13’s disease was revealed to her teammates as House thinks that it is affecting her decisions and her personality. Cuddy became a shrink to Wilson and House so that they can work on their issues and get everything back to normal since they are having arguments whether Wilson should leave or not.
Okay, so I really miss seeing Cameron and Chase together on screen. They just don’t have that much screen time together. Individually yeah we can see them but what about their love affair? When are they getting married? So, is Wilson really leaving or will House and the rest of the gang can convince him to stay? What will happen then if he leave? I doubt though that he’s going anywhere…
Overall, it was a nice season opener. The medical mystery was interesting though it was kind of sad for them to kill the fetus as it is causing her leprosy. House is just so funny especially when he said that
“And if her daddy hadn’t been drunk, she would never have been born” and he’s referring to Amber when he was arguing with Wilson. The last part was a bit sad as Wilson was explaining to House the real reason he was leaving…

The Secret Life of the American Teenager - Season 1 - Part 1
“The Secret’s Out”
When I watched this series, it gave me a 7th Heaven (TV series) feel. This is because it also portrays family, religion and sex education. Lo and Behold, according to the Wiki, it is also created by Brenda Hampton (the one who also created 7th Heaven). Season One of this series have a total of 23 episodes and split into two as the first half was shown this year and the second half will be next year (2009).
The story mainly deals with the unexpected pregnancy of the teenage character and band geek, Amy Jergens (Shailene Woodley). Amy is 15 and in high school. She plays french horn in the school’s marching band and she is pregnant with the child of her bandmate Ricky after an intimate night they shared at band camp. Ricky is a playboy and a drummer in the school band. His father used to sexually abuse him and he is romantically involved with Adrian and Grace. Amy hid her months of being pregnant to everyone (well, except to her bestriends Madison and Lauren), even to her parents and Ricky. Eventually, Amy met and fell in love with Ben. When Ben found out about her pregnancy, he proposed to her. Then, it was time to tell Amy’s parents about her pregnancy. They accepted it and both of Ben and Amy’s parents would want them to marry…
I already finished watching the first half of this 2-part season 1. At first, I was hesitant to watch it since I thought it was boring. However, after I started the first episode then the story got really interesting, I just couldn’t help myself to stop watching.. It’s a great show that’s full of lessons to learn. Being able to get pregnant at that age, it shows that we should not handle it on our own but seek for help and guidance, may it be from a website, hotline, or even our parents…

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - Season 2 - Samson & Delilah
“Don’t let him do it again. If I ever go bad, don’t let him bring me back.”
I am such a huge fan of this series as it is set after the events from the second Terminator movie ‘Judgment Day’. The Connors are still being stalked by Skynet’s robot agents from the future and now, they are focusing on preventing the birth of Skynet. They have a little help from Cameron Phillips (Summer Glau), John Connnor’s (Thomas Dekker) aid from the future and former Skynet agent.
The first season is full of twists and I was left hanging from its finale as Sarkissian blew up Cameron’s jeep and Cromartie (Garret Dillahunt) killed 20 policemen but left FBI Agent James Ellison (Richard T. Jones) alive. Now for the season 2 opener, the story continues as Cameron woke up from the explosion and Sarkissian (James Urbaniak) and his gang captured Sarah (Lena Headey) and John to retrieve the hard disk the Connors stole from him. When the Connors defended themselves and killed Sarkissian, Cameron went to rescue them or so I thought when she pointed the gun at John and now has a new mission, which is to TERMINATE John Connor. They went on the run from Cameron. John was a bit concerned because Cameron already became a family and she’s much faster, stronger and knows everything about the Connors. They eventually captured her and John was able to deactivate her. Derek Reese (Brian Austin Green), John’s uncle and Charley (Sarah’s former lover) came to help them. When they were about to burn Cameron’s body, John pointed the gun to his uncle and fought her mother so that he can reactivate Cameron. She’s good again as she override her termination program. FBI Agent James saw Cromartie again in front of the Connor’s former home and said that he’ll never do the devil’s work for him.
Meanwhile, a mysterious business woman Catherine Weaver (Shirley Manson, the lead singer of Garbage), acquired The Turk for $300,000. She then held a meeting with her department heads to start the new project called “Babylon” and clashed with her AI department manager. At the end of this episode, she revealed her true identity to the AI department head as she can morph just like the T-1000 model from the second terminator film and killed him.
What a great season opener! Kudos to the producers for including Shirley Manson into the cast. Her character is just so ruthless like the other T-1000 models..I was so amazed by the acting of the cast especially Summer Glau. Her portrayal of Cameron is very believable. She’s like a real robot, in which you can see in her expressionless-staplered face. Cromartie just freaks me out whenever he’s on screen. Brian Austin Green was a great additional to the cast as well. When his character was added in the middle of the season 1, he brought an interesting twist into the story. I cannot wait for the next episodes to come as I am eager to see the development into the Babylon project, which seems to be Skynet…

One Tree Hill - Season 6 - Touch Me I’m Going To Scream - Part 1
“You’re a mess, Lucas Scott, but you’re my mess and I love you”
Last season, I was so hanged up from the airport scene where Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) called ’someone’ and asked her to marry him that night. So..who did he choose?
Season 6 premiere started with the Lucas’s dream sequence. Playing all three women (Lindsey, Brooke and Peyton) as his wife. He had to choose between the three and just follow his heart..and that lead him to… Peyton(Hilarie Burton). They both went to Las Vegas to get married but they had a change of heart is it was not what they really wanted. They wanted an intimate wedding with their close families and friends and not the selfish way of eloping in Vegas.
Brooke (Sophia Bush) is still at war with her mother/legal partner/”Botoxed vampiress”..Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) and Skills (Antwon Tanner) are enjoying their nakedness together..Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) and Nathan (James Lafferty) continue to repair their family while their son Jamie (Jackson Brundage) is learning how to Soulja dance influenced by Q (Robbie Jones). Mouth (Lee Norris) returns home and tells Millicent that he’s quit his job and asks her to move to Omaha with him. Though at first, Millicent wanted to stay in Tree HIll to help Brooke, she fired her so that she can go be with Mouth. Dan last season, was run down by a car outside of the hospital, now that he’s awake, he finally saw who’s responsible for it and it’s none other than…Nathan and Haley’s former crazy nanny Carrie.. This episode ended with Peyton and Lucas exchanging rings, Mouth leaving town, Dan trying to escape and found out that he’s not really in a hospital and Brooke being brutally attacked by an unknown robber.
I didn’t think that this series would reach its 6th year. I was a fan at first but I kinda lost interest at its 4th season and up until now. I just think it’s kind of boring in a way…Dan deserved every torture of the crazy nanny..he’s just plain evil killing his brother and manipulating everyone around him. Millicent and Brooke’s goodbye scene was kind of sad and I think that Brooke is such a good friend, even though she needs her at most this time but Brooke let her go so that she can be with Mouth. I’m not really sure if Mouth’s gonna leave town especially if he’s gonna know what happened to Brooke, who’s been punched and kicked by a robber..I’m pretty sure it was her own mother who mastermind the whole thing in order to get Brooke’s company. That was pretty scary. What happened to Deb? She became crazier after being addicted to pills and now having an affair to her son’s friend? Wow. Finally, Leyton (Lucas and Peyton) came to their senses and just be together after all the Lindsey debacle. Hopefully, they can now have their dream wedding and marriage…

Fringe - Pilot Episode
“Imagine the Impossibilities”
There was a massive amount of hype as months before airing the season’s premiere episode, a rough cut of it was leaked online but it turned out to be a positive thing as everyone got excited to see what happens next…
Fringe is one of the most awaited series for this fall and it is co-created by J.J. Abrams, the man behind Alias and Lost. His co-creators are Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman of the Alias fame. This show is described to be the new Lost or the new X-Files, in which, both shows provided its audiences great pleasure by showing the possibilities and the unimaginable.
The premiere started with the scene in the airplane as it is experiencing some turbulence, a passenger sits sweating and nervous and injected himself with an insulin pen and then..his skin began to melt or liquified as well as the other passengers and the crew…then we see the flight crashed at the Boston’s Logan Airport carrying the dead bodies.
FBI Special Agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) together with her lover and colleague John Scott (Mark Valley) were called at the airport where the plane landed so that they can unravell the deadly mystery. As the investigation progresses, Olivia and John went to search a storage facility for clues regarding what is belived to be a mysterious virus. Then, there was an explosion leaving John’s skin also liquified and nearly killed. It turned out that the facility contained the chemical compound that turned his flesh liquified like that of the dead passengers and crew. Olivia now finds a way to cure him and this lead her to Baghdad where she seeks the help of Peter Bishop (played by Joshua Jackson of the Dawson’s Creek fame), whose father was a scientist who worked on the so-called ‘FRINGE’ science for the government. She then, brought him to his father Dr. Walter Bishop, who’s been in a mental institution for 17 years. The three of them cures John and found out that there’s a conspiracy behind all the weirdness..
The pilot reminds me that of Alias wherein there’s a race against time. Kudos to Anna Torv as she did an amazing job playing Olivia Dunham. She reminds me of Cate Blanchet in her acting and looks. I even thought of her as Cate’s sister at one point! Joshua Jackson is also amazing in his performance as the genius’s son. Though I can’t stop but think of him as the Pacey Whitter he was in Dawson’s Creek.Arrogant and has a father issue and all that..John Noble is also superb portraying the unstable Dr. Bishop. This episode is full of action and thrill and aside from the drama in it, it’s nice to see some comedy as well…
The cinematography in the dream scenes where Olivia was inside John’s head for a moment was amazing as well as the science that this show portrays. I’m pretty sure the science geeks are going to love this show. The twist at the end is kind of sad as Olivia found out that John is a bad guy though the car chase was pretty cool. It is also revealed at the end of the show who is the villain behind all these and it turned out to be the Massive Dynamics Company. A huge global company that is experimenting on the humans around the globe.
I love the pilot as J.J. Abrams did it again. From the Lost premiere to the Alias..I’m pretty sure that this season, there’s going to be a lot of mysterious stories to solve as well as a lot of action packed scenes. The 10 million dollar budget for the pilot was worth every penny. Can’t wait for more Joshua Jackson screentime and I hope that this show won’t be too ‘Lost’…

90210 - We’re Not In Kansas Anymore
“The most famous zip code is back!”
When I was younger, I remember watching the original series because of Brenda Walsh played by Shannen Doherty. I just think that she’s so beautiful (when she was younger). So I was kind of psyched when I read that she’s going to be part of the spin-off as well. I was so excited to watch the pilot episode especially with all the hype and controversy (between her, Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling…) that this show is getting before it’s air date.
Below is the storyline from IMDB:
The Wilson family arrives in Beverly Hills, after Harrison “Harry” Wilson takes a job as the principal at West Beverly High School, while his children, Annie and Dixon, attend the school during their first week much to the awkward circumstances of their father watching over them, while Harry and his wife, Cecil, also keep a close eye on Harry’s washed-up, alcoholic actress mother, Tabitha, For Annie and Dixon, the school is one big culture shock for Annie, a sweet and friendly girl with a passion for the theater, and Dixon, a star athlete and scholar who was adopted by the Wilson family after they took him in as a foster child. Annie and Dixon have a close sibling relationship, which they’ll need to help them cope with all the new cliques and classmates, including Naomi Clark, a hot and stereotypical spoiled rich girl who believes that money buys everything; Ethan Ward, Naomi’s boyfriend and a popular lacrosse star whose abilities rival Dixon’s; Navid Shirazi, an aspiring student reporter who heads up the school’s daily TV newscast; and Erin Silver, a rebel who produces and stars in a YouTube-type video series. Adrianna is a fellow student and theater “goddess” who is Naomi Clark’s best friend… and Ethan Ward’s secret girlfriend, who has a serious drug addiction; George Evans is a fellow West Beverly High resident, who takes an instant dislike to Dixon. Wendy is “sexy vixen” student at West Beverly Hills High who takes every advantage of her looks; Ty Collins is another student and theater major, who Annie finds irresistible. Even the faculty seems hip and sophisticated at the school whom include the smart and funny teacher Ryan Matthews, beautiful guidance counselor Kelly Taylor, and successful theater actress-turned-high school-musical director Brenda Walsh. The Wilson family has just begun to realize how much their lives are about to change.
I think the approach of this show is very hip and young. It was nice seeing Kelly Taylor (Jennie Garth) again and with a child. Hmmmm..wonder who the father is? Brenda wasn’t shown in this episode yet so maybe in the next?..Seeing Rob Estes as Harry Wilson in this show is kind of weird since seeing him reminds me of his character in Melrose Place.. Naomi is such a spoiled brat! She kind of deserves it when her boyfriend cheated on her. I think it would be awkward to have your father be the principal in your school..right Annie? Dixon looks gay when not in the field. What’s with Harry Wilson and Naomi’s mom? Do they really have a child together? Though I hate Tori Spelling..but I think the producers should let Donna (Tori Spelling) back on the show. Could they just pay her equally like that of Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty? Anyway..it all boils down to MONEY! Overall, I think it wasn’t that bad but I expected better. Though it was kind of patterned from the original series, it has fancier cars, houses, jewelries, etc. I really didn’t like it that much…it’s like the west Gossip Girl type..but anyway..maybe if I see Brenda Walsh again, she would change my perspective of the show..Can’t wait to see her in the next episodes to come…

GREEK - Season 2 - Brothers and Sisters
“The Greek Week Olympiad”

Yey for Greek! I love love love this show..well it’s all because of Cappie (Scott Michael Foster), whose character is so funny, charming and cute. He looks like Rob Thomas with Ashton Kutcher’s humor. I’m so glad it’s back especially after cutting short the season 1 because of the Writer’s Strike.
Just a recap from the season one finale: It was all about the Spring Break. Cappie and Casey (Spencer Grammer) shared a kiss. Rusty and Calvin realized that friendship comes first instead of their respective fraternities. Rebecca’s family secret came out with her dad’s scandal and she went ‘Girls Gone Wild’, which put her at risk in the ZBZ.
Now for the season 2 kick off episode, it’s Greek week and the CRU campus is packed with olympic-like activities putting the fraternities and sororities into competition. Rebecca is facing the consequences of her action after the spring break incident, which put the ZBZ’s again in another problematic turn. Casey, as an interim president of ZBZ and Rebecca’s big sis wants her out in the sorority but a favor from Cappie turned her from reel to real big sis for Rebecca. Calvin and Rusty are still going strong with their friendship, putting their fraternities second on their priority. But since it’s greek week, their respective frat presidents, Evan and Cappie are not so happy with them hanging out. Evan and his new ‘fling’, Casey’s big sis and former president of ZBZ, Frannie are getting it on since the spring break and Frannie tries to tell Casey about it..however, after Casey saw them kiss during the greek week olympiad ceremony..looks like Casey’s not psyched with the new couple in the campus.
Overall, I enjoyed the season’s kick off and Cappie is just so funny especially with his ‘Evanjelina Jolie’ remark. It’s nice to see Rusty not so nerdy-esque anymore..though he reminds me of Mouth from the One Tree HIll series..Ashley’s voice annoys me sometimes and also Casey’s remarks. The Kappa Tau guys are so cute when they did their cheer dance..it was hilarious! Tegan (Charisma Carpenter) was so trying hard with her hair flipping..Anyway, this series reminds me of how fun College can be, how stupid boys can get sometimes and how cool it is to be part of the Greek System, especially the parties. Can’t wait for more greek weeks to come…

Prison Break - Season 4 - Scylla
“THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS MAKING THEM AN OFFER THEY CAN’T REFUSE….”
Who knew that this series would reach its 4th season? Kudos to the writers as they totally did their job in making this show very interesting…even with the limited title…
After Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) broke Whistler out of hell from the Panamanian prison SONA by making a deal (that he can’t refuse) with the company in season 3, both he and his brother Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) are seeking justice against The Company…the vicious group that is responsible in making their lives miserable and killing Dr. Sara Tancredi, the only woman Michael has ever loved.
Michael went to LA to seek Gretchen/Susan B. Anthony (Jodi Lyn O’ Keefe), the one agent he knew working with The Company, who is also with Whistler and Mahone as they are trying to retrieve The Company’s ‘black book’ which is called ” Scylla ” (a black disc card). Michael planned out his vengeance, even sneaking in an LA party but surprisingly learned that Sara is alive and escaped from being tortured by Gretchen and the rest of her muppets. She apparently fabricated Sara’s death by placing a fake head in a box that looks like Sara wherein Lincoln saw and couldn’t forget in Season 3.
Whistler seemed to be hiding something since he created a copy of the Scylla and gave to someone, who seemed to be a part of the Homeland Security (a good guy). When The Company knew that what they got was a fake one, the leader of The Company ordered to clean out everyone and that started with Whistler as he was killed by the new agent Wyatt (Cress Williams). Apparently, Mahone was with Whistler in taking down The Company… but the sad thing here is..his family got killed by Wyatt.
Lincoln, Sofia and LJ are still in Panama but with the order of the company to clean them out, Lincoln got in a fight with their agent that’s trailing them and got the agent killed. He was arrested and Sofia and LJ ran out.
Bellick and Sucre returned to the US after SONA burned down in order to find their families (or to seek revenge to T-Bag). T-Bag, however is getting it on with Lechero’s hooker from Season 3 and is also seeking revenge to Scofield after cutting his hand. He still got the BIRDs book (from Whistler) that he knows will lead him to Scofield.
Michael was approached by Agent Don Self (Michael Rapaport) from the Homeland Security and wants him and his brother to help save the nation by retrieving the Scylla from The Company. Apparently, they also want to take down the company as they bring a huge threat to the whole US country. When they refused, they were sent to jail but Bruce Bennet (Governor Tancredi’s ally) bailed them out. He lead them to Sara. When Michael saw her, he embraced her and almost cried his eyes out. They eventually agreed to Agent Don’s proposal after being chased by the company’s agents who want them dead. Agent Don also called on the rest of the gang to help Scofield such as Bellick, Sucre, Mahone, Sara and Lincoln.
So that’s about it for the first episode. It was a great opener for the new season as it has a lot of twists and turns and some actions..I love that Sara is back for this season as she brings life to Michael. They look really good together on screen.
I kinda feel for Mahone after his family was murdered by Wyatt..It was just brutal killing the mother and the child. T-Bag always creeps me out..he’s just dirty and evil. I’m going to miss Whistler’s aussie accent. Too bad he got killed in the first 5 minutes of the show. Gretchen really looks like a conniving bitch and I think Jodi Lyn O’ Keefe really did a good job in portraying Gretchen. She is just so effective being the antagonist. At least Sucre got to meet his child after everything that happened..but their reunion was cut short after the police chased him and Bellick out that lead them to Scofield…It was nice seeing all them working together again and how cool are they being transported by the US Navy’s helicopter? It just shows that it will be action packed for the next episodes to come…

Gossip Girl - Season 2 - Summer, Kind of Wonderful
“Damn that MotherChucker!”
OMFG! I’ve been waiting for the second season to start, like, forever! I must say, I love the season 2 opener. It was hilarious, witty, and very entertaining. It took off where it ended in the first season…Summer and the destination…the East Hamptons!
SPOTTED: Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively) at the Cooper beach alone, though there are rumors between her and Nate but we sure know who’s inside her heart. Chuck (Ed Westwick), well let’s just say, he’s being his old self again..being a playboy sure does have karma..and her name is Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester). She met a charming new boy in Europe when Chuck abandoned her in Tuscany and she brought him along to the Hamptons to make Chuck jealous. Ain’t karma’s a bitch Chuck.. Nate Archibald (Chase Crawford) developed a summer fling with a married woman. Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) moved on a little too fast with two new hot girls and scored a summer internship with his fave writer. Jen Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) is working for the whole summer at the Eleanor Waldorf design and Eric Van Der Woodsen(Connor Paolo)..well, he’s friends again with Jenny and they went together to the White party.
For the oldies, well, there’s Rufus Humphrey (Matthew Settle) who’s still on the road with his band and the rest like Lily Van Der Woodsen (Kelly Rutherford), Bart Bass (Robert John Burke), oh! and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) was not visible in this episode..
First off..I love the fashion in this show from the shoes, bags, the dresses (which are so pretty, hip and young) and of course the bow headband trend, in which, Blair is sporting since the new season.
So who knew Dan would also become a playboy like Chuck? That was kinda surprising. Nate is your typical boy next door but what the heck happened with all his May-December fling? She’s married and all.. Though it’s nice to see her and Serena that close, even helping him make that married woman jealous by kissing Nate! But it’s kind of a wrong timing as Dan saw them kissing (he went to the Hamptons just to see his inspiration). I don’t know if Serena’s grandmother is sincere in helping Dan to get back with Serena. I hope she’s rooting for them.
Blair is just so funny with all her name calling to Chuck Basster but I love them both. They just have the chemistry and they pretty much have the same personality (you know bitchy, jerk, and uses people..). Chuck is just so afraid of having a commitment but you can see that he’s in love with her but he just can’t tell her the eight letter-word. Though very surprising and lucky for Blair that her fake boyfriend is a Lord from Britain! Great timing to totally forget about Chuck.
Can’t wait for the next episode - “Never Been Marcused”…
